Beginning Bellydance
Discover the fundamentals of bellydance, focusing on technique, artistry, and cultural elements of North Africa + the Middle East.
This class teaches you essential movements and guides you through choreography and improvisation, providing you with a strong foundation in this beautiful dance form.

Bellydance Strength + Flow
Train like a bellydance pro in this shortened version of our signature strength, drills, and flexibility class.
This class blends strength-building exercises, dance drills, and flexibility work to help intermediate and advanced dancers elevate their skills and deepen their practice.
